We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control. In the event of extended downtime, we may provide service credits according to our SLA policy. We reserve the right to perform necessary maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.
While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We recommend regular backups and cannot guarantee the recovery of lost data. Our backup services, where provided, are offered as a convenience and should not be relied upon as your sole backup solution. Data recovery services may be available for an additional fee.
You retain ownership of your content and data. However, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload or transmit through our services and that such use does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA notices.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or fail to pay for services. Upon termination, you will have a limited time to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Platform Domains LLC is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may terminate your account. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
